Over 20 years ago rushing to an important meeting I needed a notebook pronto. 

Improvising, I taped two $1 bills together, folded a dozen or so sheets of blank paper in half and stapled them together. The very first Tricky notebook was created.  

Not only was it a great little notebook, it turned out to be a fun conversation piece that brought a smile to everyone's face. 

Since that day I always carry three or four handmade pocket notebooks and am regularly asked where to get them 

Friends are always asking me to make notebooks for them and they have become a very popular and appreciated gift.
